Jasna Mastilović

Biography

Dr. Jasna Mastilović holds a doctorate in technical and technological sciences from the University of Novi Sad and an MBA degree in marketing from the University of Sheffield, Great Britain. As an experienced researcher and manager of numerous projects, Jasna works at BioSens to focus and diversify the funding of research and the innovation process. In addition, he is a lecturer at master studies at the University of Donja Gorica in Montenegro and the University of East Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina on the subject of development of new food products. He is one of the authors of the Smart Specialization Strategy of Serbia, as well as the coordinator of the entrepreneurial discovery process in the area of ​​Food for the Future for the purposes of this Strategy. She is engaged as an expert in the process of transformation of scientific research institutions in Serbia, which is being carried out by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation with the support of the European Commission and the World Bank. She participated in the preparation and implementation of a large number of projects financed by the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia, as well as in the preparation of project applications for European calls aimed at financing innovations.

Milica Trajković

Head of the Center for Innovation and Business Development @ BioSense Institute

Biography

Milica Trajković is a certified project manager (Project Management Professional – PMP) by the prestigious Project Management Institute, with experience in projects funded by the European Commission in the field of digital agriculture and the development of the ICT sector for agriculture and the food industry. As the head of the Center for Innovation and Business Development, she is responsible for building new and maintaining successful partnerships both with industry partners and with the academic community in Serbia and Europe. Milica manages multinational projects that include several different industrial sectors; manages the development and writing of new projects (from the idea to the writing and implementation of project activities) and provides information on trends in the AgTech market to the Institute's researchers. One of its goals is to strongly support the entrepreneurial ventures of the Institute's scientists. In addition, Milica encourages the development of high-tech start-ups, the SME sector from Serbia and the region with the main goal of bringing the technical-technological scene of the region closer to agriculture and the food industry.

Milan Lisica

Technology Transfer Manager @ BioSense Institute

Biography

Milan Lisica works as a technology transfer manager at the BioSens Institute. It works closely with scientists and helps them shape innovative ideas into products and services that address real-world challenges. His role includes guiding researchers through the commercialization process and conducting thorough market research to ensure alignment with market needs. Prior to joining BioSense, he spent nearly a decade working as a product and project manager in the software development industry. During his career, he was a leader in the development and launch of numerous successful products for the B2B and B2C market, collaborating with different teams - from startups to large corporations. His journey into the digital sphere began during his master's studies in multimedia at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Constantly following trends and best practices in the industry, Milan believes in the power of innovation to make a positive impact on the world.
